Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced External/Internal Salesperson with a strong knowledge of diesel engines to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building relationships with new and existing clients, and driving sales growth in the diesel engine related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers in industries such as transportation, construction, agriculture and rebuilders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on diesel engine products and services.
Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, tracking progress through regular reports.
Stay up-to-date on the latest diesel engine technology and market trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and meetings to promote the company's products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, heavy machinery, or diesel engine industry.
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, their components, and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
