External Account Manager

Details of the offer

Main responsibilites of the External Account Manager is to service and maintain relationships within the Insurance,Fitment Centre and Motor Dealership channels; Achieve sales targets by generating new business and revitalizing dormant accounts while servicing the existing client base. Oversee all aspects of account management to ensure a positive client experience. Manage all aspects of client accounts to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement. Conduct a minimum of five sales calls per day to actively engage potential and existing clients. Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they are informed about the products and services offered. Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of products and services. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations to meet client needs and secure business opportunities. Matric; 2-5 years Sales experience with a proven track record insofar as achievement of sales targets; Must have reliable vehicle and valid Driver's license; Must be prepared to travel and attend after-hours functions when necessary; Computer literate, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; Ability to work independently and carry out assigments to completion. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,including the ablity to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
