THE OPPORTUNITY IIE Varsity College, Westville campus is seeking appointees in the field of Commerce to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies.

Job Purpose The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Key Performance Areas Lecturing/FacilitationMarkingStudent support Competencies Required Communications skillsOrganisational skillsTime management Minimum Education Requirements per module: Chartered Accountant or Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) OR Honours Postgraduate qualification in External Auditing Alternatively NQF level 9 qualification in External Auditing Minimum Work Experience Requirements Lecturing experience in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing or Taxation is preferable.Lecturing experience at least to 2nd year level Auditing is preferable.Completed training contract at a registered firm of Chartered Accountants.
