THE OPPORTUNITY IIE Varsity College, Durban North campus is seeking appointees in the field of Environmental Policy and Resource Management to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in theFaculty of Management Studies.

JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Ideal: Bachelor of Arts Honours/ Bachelor of Social Science Honours/ Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Geography and/ or Environmental Science.Alternatively: Postgraduate Diploma, MA/ MPhil/ MSc, PhD/ DPhil qualification in Geography and/ or Environmental Science.Minimum Work Experience Requirements: Lecturing experience; ideally two years in Geography and/ or Environmental ScienceWork experiencein a field related to Environmental Policy (Advisor or Analyst) Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist, and Geoinformatics Specialist.Working Conditions: Please note that this is an Independent Contractor roleOwing to the volume of CVs received, we may not be able to personally contact all applicants.
