Hire Resolve, a prominent recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Export Manager to join a leading company.
As an Export Manager in the Animal Health industry, you will play a vital role in overseeing and expanding the company's export operations related to veterinary products and medicines as well as food produce.
This includes managing relationships with international distributors, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving sales growth in international markets.
As part of this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating logistics and shipment processes.
Responsibilities: Identify Target Markets: Research and identify potential international markets for the company's products.
Understand Regulations: Stay informed about international regulations and standards for animal health products.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop Export Strategies: Create strategies for market entry, expansion, and growth.
Set Sales Targets: Define sales goals and objectives for different regions or countries.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet the regulatory requirements of each target market, including registration and certification.
Manage Documentation: Oversee the preparation and management of export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
Coordinate Shipments: Manage the logistics of shipping products to international customers, including arranging transportation and handling customs clearance.
Monitor Supply Chain: Ensure a smooth supply chain from production to delivery, addressing any issues that arise.
