Export Documentation ControllerOur client between Stellenbosch and Brackenfell is in need of an Export Documentation Controller to accurately complete the required documentation needed per shipment as per the Consignee instruction within the required timeframes per document.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDiploma in Shipping, Clearing and Freight Forwarding, Distribution and Logistics Business Management or related field (Desirable).A minimum of 2-years' experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics experience (Preferably export related).After hours availability is essential.Ability to identify the needs in the team and assist where needed.To have working knowledge of Google Workspace / Excel / Inttra.To have the ability to read and interpret shipping documentation.Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.Strong organizational and communication skills to manage workload and prioritize.Attention to detail and accuracy.Fast learner in internal and external computer systems and processes.Ability to work with multiple key stakeholders both internal and external in dynamic industry changing environment.
