Export Coordinator French Speaking

At IOEC, we are seeking an Export Coordinator who is business-minded, customer-driven, organized, and detail-oriented. The Export Coordinator is a key position, serving as the liaison between the company, its suppliers, shippers, and customers, and carries the responsibility for maintaining high standards of competence, professionalism, and service.
Key Responsibilities include the following:

Respond to enquiries or provide quotes for potential and existing clients.
Implement financial procedures for confirmed orders.
Execute confirmed orders, negotiate shipping and operational requirements, issue shipping instructions, supplier confirmations, documentation, stock control (expiry dates, etc.), communication with clients, and follow up on actual shipments.
Support and backup for Business Development and Key Accounts Manager.

Minimum Experience Required:

Knowledge of the export process.
Understanding of INCO Terms.
Expertise in export costings.
Experience with exportation of mixed goods containers.
Experience with the exportation of fresh produce.
Computer literacy and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience with exchange rates and foreign currencies.
Working knowledge of export documentation.
Must be able to converse in French.

Salary to be determined based on experience, knowledge, and job fit. There will be a basic salary plus commission.
