Export AdministratorBenefits:Medical aid, Provident Fund, Life, Funeral coverPreferred start date: ImmediatelyPreferred Areas of residence: Northern and Western SuburbsJob Purpose:Assisting Commercial Manager in Export sales enquiries, sending of pre-shipment samples and booking of exports with freight forwarders, amongst others.Key Responsibilities:Obtaining freight quotes from freight forwarders/courier companies.Prepare Export documents:COIEUR1ISFCertificate of OriginCommercial InvoicePacking ListShipping InstructionsBooking of Exports with freight forwarders.Tracking of export, ensuring delivery to client.Preparing and dispatching of Export samples (labelling, packing).Tracking of samples and ensuring delivery to client.Work with sea airfreight.Liaising with international customers.Preparing documents for accounts.Follow up on payments.Pro-active on email, as well as calls.Support sales team to achieve targets every month.Liaising with Commercial Manager, QC teams, Production teams.Knowledge of Inco Terms.Reports.Skills and Attributes:Pastel Evolution an advantage.Excel.Strong personality and ability to work under pressure.Team Player.Trustworthy.Pro-active.Energetic.Attention to detail.Strong work ethic.Good attendance record.Initiative.Problem solving.
