Explorer Camp Manager

Our client is looking for an Explorer Camp Manager to join their team.Key Performance Areas of this position include:To work with an assistant or Lodge Manager to provide supporting the daily operations of a lodgeHousekeeping Checks done according to set StandardsSupervising restaurant's functioning before and during mealtimes, and making sure thisis carried out to company standardsMaking sure Meal standards are adhered to before meals leave the kitchenChecking guests in and out, and taking care of guests requests and needs during their stayAct on guest's requests for additional services and suppliesTo liaise with the hospitality manager and reservations to report anomalies, variances andnew ideas for improvementsComplete Stock Counts as well as Weekly and Monthly ReportsMinimum criteria required:Qualification: Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate or equivalent2 years working experience in Front of House or similar position Competencies required:English - Well Spoken and PresentableCustomer FocusedComputer literate on MS office (intermediate level excel) knowledge of LIGHTSPEED and PROTEL advantageousGood guest relations with knowledge of Hosting/Butler skillsDriver's Licence essentialContributing to team successAn eye for detail and good common senseGood knowledge of Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping & Front Office
