Who are we: An innovative experiential and activations agency dedicated to creating impactful and memorable brand experiences.Who are we looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an Operations Director.What will you do:Strategic Advisory and Reporting:Provide strategic advice to Managing Director and management team.Regularly report results and findings to key stakeholders.Resource Management:Effectively manage resources, including attracting, hiring, and retaining personnel.Ensure that employees align with the company's strategic direction to achieve its mission.Business Planning and Monitoring:Develop and report on business plans, monitoring efficacy and progress.Continuous monitoring of the annual budget, ensuring revenue/sales targets are met.Initiative Implementation:Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs.Maintain quality products that are competitive, while delivering excellent customer support.Marketing Strategy:Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services.Key Relationships Management:Effectively manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.Quality Assurance:Maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.Staff Wellness and Compliance:Promote the wellness of staff.Implement policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:Relevant degree and qualificationsPrevious experience in activations and experiential marketing.
