Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on call centre roles such as customer service, sales, and support staff.

Support clients throughout the hiring process, providing guidance from interview preparation to onboarding.
Keep detailed records of recruitment and business development activities in the recruitment management system (e.g., Zoho Recruit).
Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to optimize both recruitment and business development strategies.
Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the call centre industry.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for sales, and support roles.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Digitally savvy, with strong proficiency in using recruitment management systems, social media, and other sourcing tools.
Fixed-line internet connection (minimum 50Mbps) for conducting online interviews.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage recruitment projects and business development tasks concurrently.
Experience with psychometric assessments and competency-based interviewing techniques is a plus.
Relevant HR, recruitment, or business development qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
