Experienced Parts Sales Manager

Duties include:Must have a good understanding of both internal and external Parts Sales Service Workshop, Sales, Over the Counter operations and Panel.Must understand the full value chain workings of Parts, from ordering, receiving, stocking, sales, dispatch, logistics and invoicing.Good leadership and team qualities and the required levels of EQ in managing and interacting with all stakeholders.Staff coaching and HR understandingWarehousingPerpetual stock countsQuarterly stock countsPurchases in terms of re-order categories and not increasing redundant stock value.Strategy on disposing of dead stock not including OEM buybacks.Backorders, stock adjustments, parts store security, binning and other standards, workshop counter, despatch and courier where required.Stocking of parts, intercompany accounts reconParts department controls implementation & monitoringCustomer Care and weekly business retention visits to ensure parts growth & retention.Marketing Requirements: Must have parts manager experience 5 years+ at a franchise dealershipExtensive knowledge in Vehicle PartsExperience in a management roleExcellent client service experienceTechnical and Analytical skillsMust have either Keyloop/CDK/Xentry /Autoline /Drive/ Point-of-Sale experience with PartsSound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principlesReside Sedibeng / JHB South / Meyerton DistrictIf your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now Send your CV to
