Compass Associates are delighted to partner with Outstanding rated and ambitious Clinical Case management Company who are eager to continue their growth to date by recruiting an experienced Case Manager. The role is based entirely remotely but will involve travel for central meetings.

ROLE:
Our relationships with partners in the medico-legal sector are based on integrity, reliability and getting the best results for our clients. Selected for their experience and knowledge in relevant specialisms, our case management team is trained to produce the accurate and evidence-based reports you need when you need them. We care about our clients and are in constant contact with them. Starting with an assessment of the client's needs, you will understand the individual and their needs post-injury, put plans in place designed to support the needs for a successful rehabilitation programme with clear, manageable goals. Offer support throughout the medico-legal litigation process working closely with solicitors. Implement the plans alongside the client, coordinate the relevant care and support, therapy and rehabilitation, and financial support.
CANDIDATE REQS/QUALS: Minimum of 3 years case management experienceValid registration to NMC or HCPCExperience in the complex care sector, specifically catastrophic injuryExperience holding a complex caseloadExperience of the medico-legal and litigation processesVery hands-on and drivenTeam orientedPROCESS:
