Experienced Bookkeeper

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain the general ledger, processing month-end journal entries, reconciling ledger accounts and balancing the balance sheet.Prepare weekly Cost of Sales Reports for management and investigate discrepancies.Prepare monthly Management Report Packs for management and attend to queries.Full management of the finance department and assist department staff with discrepancies and queries.Liaise with Operations Managers and resolve queries.Review and approve online banking payments.Balance Cash Control Accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.Prepare any ad hoc reports as requested by management from time to time.Reconcile inter-company loan accounts.Review and approve supplier reconciliations.Review month-end payroll processing.Manage Finance Department Staff.Job Type: Full-timePay: R18000,00 - R20000,00 per monthEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)Finance department management: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
