What the role involves: Manage Guest Bookings : Handle all elements of the guest journey, from itineraries to hotels. Deliver Luxury Service : Provide top-tier support to Travel Advisors and guests via various communication channels. Build Relationships : Strengthen connections with the Travel Advisor and guest communities to support sales efforts. Use Technology : Serve as an expert in Salesforce and Versonix Seaware to offer personalized service. Improve Processes : Provide feedback to enhance customer support efficiency and quality.
