Job Summary Lead the strategic direction of the cluster by analyzing data to generate actionable insights. Understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, driving informed decision-making at an executive level. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate research findings and make strategic recommendations. Leverage analytics to identify patterns and support initiatives, fostering a culture of insight-driven decision-making, innovation, and improved business performance.

Job Description Please note: This is a fixed term contract role for a 12 Month period.

Strategy Formulation and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic frameworks that align with Everyday banking's vision and objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategies that enhance competitive positioning and operational effectiveness.

Strategic initiative ideation, communication and delivery:
Lead portfolio of Strategic NIR Initiative to ensure delivery, problem solving with teams, ensuring quality of executive communication and ensuring time-to-value in line with plan, escalating when necessary. Ensure Research and Development of new propositions and innovations are linked to strategic NIR initiatives and commercials.

Customer Primacy:
Embed a customer-centric approach within strategic initiatives, ensuring that insights and research inform product and service offerings. Utilize customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Sustainable Growth:
Identify and leverage opportunities for sustainable growth through rigorous market analysis and strategic foresight. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Client-Driven Innovation and Change:
Foster a culture of innovation by championing initiatives that respond to client needs and market dynamics. Encourage collaboration across teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.

Leading Talent:
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on strategy, research, and insights. Implement talent development programs to nurture skills in strategic thinking, research methodologies, and data analysis.

Operational Effectiveness:
Optimize research and insight processes to improve efficiency and the quality of outputs. Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Digital Adoption:
Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies that enhance research capabilities and data analysis. Promote a culture of digital innovation within the team to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Good Governance, Risk, and Compliance:
Ensure that all research and strategic initiatives comply with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with risk management teams to assess potential risks associated with strategic decisions.

Data Monetization:
Identify opportunities for monetizing research and insights, developing new revenue streams through data-driven products and services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of data monetization efforts with overall business goals.

Education Bachelor's Degree: Business, Commerce and Management Studies
