With a focus on excellence, integrity, and personalized service, we strive to match exceptional candidates with organizations where they can thrive and make a significant impact.Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing senior-level executives in key leadership roles within our client organizations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and strategic objectives.Identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates through targeted search methods, networking, and referrals.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership skills, experience, and cultural fit.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.Provide strategic guidance and market insights to clients, helping them navigate the executive talent landscape.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in executive recruitment.Thrive in a high-performance sales culture.Generate new business through cold calling.Grow and maintain client relationships.Achieve sales targets.Attract the best candidates within the focus industries.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
