Your Impact On a typical day, you might:
Manage complex personal and professional calendars, including scheduling international meetings across time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Oversee operations of a high-end Airbnb property in Cape Town ("Sietch"), ensuring guest satisfaction
Handle email communications, prioritizing and responding to urgent matters
Manage bookkeeping and expenses, processing invoices and tracking financial records
Coordinate activities for the Mighty Minds Movement foundation
Plan and execute both personal and professional events
Act as a primary point of contact, navigating cultural nuances and fostering global connections

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in a high-pressure assistant role, preferably with international exposure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
Proficiency in MS365 suite and aptitude for learning new technologies
Valid driver's license and own car
Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
High level of discretion in handling confidential information
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
Experience in property management or hospitality is advantageous
Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate international time differences
