Executive Personal Assistant, People & Culture Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To support the Head P&C, Group Functions and the Head P&C, Africa Regions and their executives by providing business administrative support, end-to-end secretarial functions, procurement, travel management, resource schedule management, meeting and workshop coordination. Act as the first point of contact for the executives during their absence.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Matric with Diploma in Administration.
Experience required
• Minimum 8 - 10 years significant work experience as a Personal Assistant, supporting Executives and Senior managers, in the management of their office.
• Proven track record of effectively and efficiently providing administrative support, secretarial functions, managing all travel arrangements, co-ordinating events and roadshows, monitoring operational expenses and supporting governance processes, and managing the Executives schedule of meetings.
• Must have extensive experience in managing the logistics of travel.
• Pro-active and extensive experience in managing the Executives diaries/calendars.
• Ability to pro-actively support the Africa Regions P&C team in travel logistics, team offsite sessions, meetings, and administrative support as required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
