10 years' demonstrated experience as a personal assistant working within a dynamic environment with a variety of personality types
5 years demonstrated experience as a personal assistant
Duties
Personal Assistance for Managing Director
Proactive management of Group Managers' diary, mail, travel, meetings
Efficient task management, scheduling, preparation of letters, reports, presentations and documents for the Managing Director as required
Management and coordination of several simultaneous and ongoing projects and events
Apartment Management for MD
Efficient assistance with Personal Matters for MD
Banking
Visa applications
Project Work and Strategic Initiatives
Credit Card reconciliation
Travel Itinerary, Visa applications
Team Support
Provide active support for the Customer Service within the Management Team
Providing ongoing administration of the Customer Service Improvement Action Plan
Supplier account management and Monitoring (Vodacom, office supplies, Travel, Stationery, Fuel and Maintenance)
Fuel and Maintenance management
Petty cash Recons
Apartment management for Expats
PO Management
Facilities Management
Staff Wellness and gifting
Office Management
Procurement of office items
Assist Marketing
Communication to staff
Assisting at Omnia Board Meeting and other high-level meetings for the Group
