Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Suitable Diploma or Degree At least 4 years experience in a similar role Computer skilled Own transport Experience with travel arrangements (locally and internationally) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Management. Assist with various tasks to enhance Management's efficiency and productivity. Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the Director's vehicles. Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements Manage sponsorship inquiries and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders. Organize and schedule meetings, including boardroom bookings. Handle invoicing and reconciliation processes for vendors. Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems. Assume full responsibility for Office Manager duties during their absence.
