Minimum Requirements:Grade 12Suitable Diploma or DegreeAt least 4 years experience in a similar roleComputer skilledOwn transportExperience with travel arrangements (locally and internationally) Duties and Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Management.Assist with various tasks to enhance Management's efficiency and productivity.Oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the Director's vehicles.Plan and coordinate all travel arrangementsManage sponsorship inquiries and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.Organize and schedule meetings, including boardroom bookings.Handle invoicing and reconciliation processes for vendors.Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.Assume full responsibility for Office Manager duties during their absence.
