Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant / PA to join their friendly team in Umhlanga.
The individual must meet the minimum requirements and have experience in carrying out the job functions as detailed (but not limited to).
Minimum Requirements: 6-8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders.
Must be fluent in reading and writing IsiZulu and English Experience using Travel & Expense software i.e., Concur.
Highly proficient managing senior level s Outlook calendars.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
Works with a sense of urgency, thoroughness, while maintaining composure.
Must be able to travel as and when required Core Responsibilities: Personal Assistant to Business Development Director Administrator for the Strategy and Business Development department as well as the head office located in Durban Making travel arrangements Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Handling memos, reports, invoices and related documents, including sensitive information.
Office duties, such as sourcing supplies and handling the filing system Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department Create and maintain spreadsheets for leadership (KPI s; goals; budgets).
Prepare conference rooms for in-person meetings - includes technology set-up and clean-up of conference rooms.
Assist with compiling of information and preparing spreadsheets.
Assist with PowerPoint slides for various topics and events
