My Client in the Logistics industry is seeking a well experienced and professional Executive PA to join their busy team in Clairwood.
Duties: Administrative Support: Efficiently manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Research and Analysis: Compile data, conduct research, and prepare insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.
Planning: Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive the company's goals.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Draft and edit reports, presentations, and other communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
General Support: Collaborate with various teams to assist in the execution of strategies and campaigns, contributing to overall team success.
Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or support role, showcasing strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
