If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to govern the development and maintenance of short-, medium-, and long-term CAPEX budgets for associated contracts.Develop FM operational budgets (short- and medium-term) and ensure compliance.Engage with different customer groups at a senior level to determine associated business plans and requirements.Interpret customer business plans into FM requirements and ensure customer satisfaction at agreed levels.Determine the impact of customer requirements on existing SLAs and applicable agreements.Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to understand the general business environment in which the customer operates.Devise communication and change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of culture and strategies.Define key performance areas and ensure the development of KPIs and contract compliance activities.Engage with service providers to develop their service delivery strategies.Define broad contract requirements and principles for supplier contracts in collaboration with Supply Chain.Ensure service strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to ensure service delivery meets required quality and safety standards, as well as environmental responsibility.Determine the appropriate strategy and culture required to meet customer requirements.Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines exist to identify applicable statutory guidelines and ensure compliance.Ensure required customer policies are identified and developed.Ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS).RequirementsMandatory:Degree or B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringGovernment Certificate of Compliance (GCC)Matric (Senior Certificate)Valid SA Driver's License16 years relevant working experience (8 years Engineering experience, 8 years Senior Management experience)Experience in CRM & Property ManagementSAP KnowledgeOHS ActISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
