Executive Manager: Legal Services

To set the legal strategy and framework for the Land Bank in alignment with the Corporate Plan, to assess and manage the legal and regulatory environment pertaining to the business of the Bank.
 Through operationalisation of the strategy supports the legal recovery process with the focus being minimisation of losses.
Establishes policies and procedures to regulate the operations of the Land Bank.
Develops operating model to provide Legal guidance across all matters throughout the Land Bank.
