Executive Manager Laboratory Services

A client within the Healthcare & Laboratory industry is seeking the Expertise of an Executive Manager that will drive the company strategy. This role will be based in Johannesburg.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include

Drive and Develop Business StrategyDesign, Implement, Improve Laboratory Systems and ProcessesDevelop and Implement Laboratory Operating PoliciesReporting on results of the Laboratory Operations
Qualification
MBCHB Degree with a Masters Level Business Qualification or Masters Degree in Medical Technology / Biomedical Science or MMED or FCPathRegistered with the HPCSA
Experience
10+ years' experience within the Pathology / Diagnostic environment, Infectious Diseases and Public HealthAt least 5 years' experience as a Senior Manager within the Healthcare environmentKnowledge of laboratory / pathology industry operations
Skills Required
Experience Managing Large Complex BusinessesLeadership and Team ManagementStrategic PlanningFinancial and HR Management
