Executive (Lecturer Management)

Responsibilities:Recruitment and On-boarding:Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.Organize orientation sessions for new lecturers and assist with setting up accounts and access.Personnel File Management:Create and maintain accurate, confidential personnel files for each lecturer.Ensure all documentation, and evaluations, is up-to-date and stored securely.Regularly review files for compliance with institution policies and regulations.Maintain and update a database of lecturers and programs.Collaboration with Academic Disciplines:Work with relevant disciplines to register new programs and lecturers.Coordinate the approval process for lecturer modules, ensuring timely completion.Training and Event Coordination:Schedule and coordinate continuous professional development activities for lecturers.Attend regular departmental and interdepartmental meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Assist in planning and organizing events related to lectures, such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions, managing logistics including venue booking and equipment setup.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration).Experience in recruitment, administrative support, or a related role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
