What you will bring: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper who excels in leadership and operational management.
The ideal candidate will possess: Team Leadership Skills: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating their activities and training them in best practices to meet departmental goals.
Operational Management Expertise: Oversee inventory management, handle guest requests and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain health and safety standards while ensuring quality assurance processes are followed.
Strong Communication Abilities: Liaise effectively with property owners and managers to understand project scopes and deliver excellence in execution.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrate an excellent history of successful project delivery within the housekeeping department.
Minimum requirements: Educational Background: Applicable tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with OPERA or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
