Monitoring FTTH sales targets across all regions and implements sales incentive models.
Drive FTTH customer satisfaction, increase market share by enabling our channels to sell our offerings to end customers.Create awareness of FTTH via Home Internet Campaigns, Bitstream advertising and Digital Media, and drive sales performance by delivering customer focused solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Lead national Fixed Services sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets Negotiate agreements with key stakeholders Develop, Monitor and analyse performance metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and sales forecastsResearch and identify new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer requirements Liaise with Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and alignmentStay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are trained and informedManage and implement sales incentive models across all channelsDeveloping and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our FTTx market shareBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and channel relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsChannel management to enable all channels to sell our offerings to end customersRegional alignment and supportThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Must have technical/professional qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalentSales and/or marketing qualification – 3-year degree or diplomaExperience in Channel management10 year's experience in managing sales/marketing portfolioProven track record of delivery against targetsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Experience managing a high performance sales teamKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics and sales forecastingStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsClosing date for Applications: 28 November 2024.
