About UsAd Talent Africa is a distinguished FMCG business headquartered in Zambia, with a strategic presence across the African continent.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director who will be directly responsible for developing and executing the internal Sales strategies necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.Evaluate and implement performance indicators for each function to plug revenue/cost leakages and improve efficiency.Provide day-to-day operational leadership and guidance to the senior management team and deliver solutions to complex problems.Coordinate and manage all day-to-day business operations and administrative decisions for the organization.Support Directors with strategic inputs on business growth and help define and implement operational policies and procedures.Execute the strategic plan for the organization and have ongoing strategic conversations and collaboration with Directors.Responsible for overseeing annual business volumes planning.Work with the Board in the planning and formulation of the long-term goals of the organization.Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports to the Board on agency performance and yield input from them when compiling information.Ensure all programs and departments meet the short-term and long-term plans and budgets based on defined business goals and growth objectives as determined by Directors.RequirementsPreferred bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a closely related field.15+ years or equivalent experience in FMCG or a related area, directly involved with operations, business development, finance, or a related area.Min 3 years of Africa/International work experience required.
