Executive Chef - Upmarket Retirement Estate Sandton (2 Weekends Off Per Month)

Executive Chef required for state of the art and upmarket Retirement Village.
Previous Cheffing experience in a Catering environment beneficial. Previous High-end Catering Experience a plus. This position will allow you 2 weekends off per month, as you will work very closely alongside your Catering Manager at the premises.
Minimum Requirements:
Formal culinary diploma or certification (Must be accredited)
RSA Citizenship
Own Car & License beneficial
Strong Costing & Budgeting Skills
Must reside in the Gauteng region in order to interview in-person at the estate
Duties:
Will be reposible and accountable for all aspects related to the management of the Kitchen
Menu design
Food Costing & Budgeting
Food preparation
Kitchen hygiene
Staff mamnagment
