are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Sandton to recruit a creative and energetic
EXECUTIVE CHEF
to join their Team
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, in a large luxury hotel.
Proficient in a la carte and fine dining, as well as buffet service
Oversee catering for conferences and events, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and flavour, staying current with international culinary trends
Experience with multiple-outlet operations.
Create and implement innovative, seasonal menus.
Manage food costings and inventory control effectively.
Exhibit strong management and customer service skills in hospitality operations
Lead and inspire culinary teams with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Be hands-on in the kitchen and willing to assist in various areas as needed.
Proven track record with contactable references.
A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. (All images will be checked to ensure ownership)
Salary – R45000.00- R60000.00 DOE – Live -out
