Candidate requirements:Relevant culinary qualificationProven experience in a 5* properties kitchenThe ability to manage a main kitchen as well as satellite kitchenThe ability to train and motivate staff Excellent menu planning and development skills Stock Management expertise including management of food wastageBudget control knowledgeHealth & Safety knowledge and the ability to ensure the practice thereof Excellent guest interaction skillsStaff management, roster and leave managementLive-in position with all meals, laundry and wifi.
