Executive Chef based in WitbankOur client is seeking an Executive ChefDuties:Organise purchasing of enough foods and guest supplies so that the restaurant and functions Impress guests with the variety and quality of food and servicesEnsure administration is accurate, up to date and strictly in terms of company proceduresManage kitchens that are well equipped and strictly adhere to all health and safety regulationsProduce menus and food of a high international standardBuild a competent and motivated kitchen team through confident and caring leadershipExperience 7 Qualifications:Matric (NQF 4), great organisation skills, a proven keen customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of three years experience in a similar position.
