Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide direct support to the company's Founder.
The responsibilities for this role include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, monitoring emails and preparing responses, and assisting with task and project management.
To be successful in this position, you should be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ultimately, you will enhance the efficiency of the business by offering personalized, timely support to executive team members and employees.
Salary - $1500 Per Month + potential bonuses Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE) Work Schedule - EST Requirements In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent Google Workspace/MS Office knowledge.
Experience with marketing, project management and communication tools like Slack, Asana, Notion, Skype, Google Docs, Google Ads, paid social media, Ahref SEO tool Outstanding organizational and time and project management skills Experience with marketing and especially SEO Excellent verbal and written communications skills Superior discretion and confidentiality With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup.
