Company Executives are stretched in many directions and need someone behind the scenes who can keep everything in order, taking on many tasks, from administrative to private.Minimum Requirements:1 Year Secretarial Diploma/ Business Administration Diploma5 years Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives (Ideally in the financial services sector)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools.Communication (Written and Verbal) in English (Business writing and email etiquette)Attention to detailProblem solving & Critical thinkingTechnological proficiencyJudgement and Decision MakingWorking under pressure and Deadline drivenOrganizational skills / Planning and prioritizingGood Interpersonal skillsEmployment Equity & Diversity Preference:For this role, we will prioritize applicants who are female, white, and coloured first.
