Executive Assistant To Chairman / Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10 -15 yrs Experience managing an Executive's Office Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other business software programs. Discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy. Legal understanding is advantageous RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Chairman's calendars and schedule appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas and materials as required. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of Chairman. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Conduct research and compile information as needed. Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Assist other team members with relevant tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
