Executive Assistant Real Estate Company (Part Time)
Location: Remote (Working American hours)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant with prior experience in supporting senior leadership, preferably within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will oversee various departments, including marketing and asset management, ensuring smooth operations and consistent communication. In addition, they will be responsible for handling basic financial tasks and bill payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operationsSupervise the marketing team and ensure alignment with company goalsManage the asset management team, ensuring regular reporting and updatesEnsure regular communication and updates across all departmentsHandle bill payments and basic financial oversightProvide administrative support to executives as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estateStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to oversee multiple teams and ensure effective communicationAttention to detail and ability to manage basic financial tasksExcellent communication skillsAvailable to work American hours
Working Hours: Part-time (working American hours)
