Overview: We are seeking a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our office and remote staff. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Assist the team with basic technical issues and liaise with service providers.Propose and procure technology equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).Flexibility and Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings.Arrange service providers and manage annual renewals.Handle collections and deliveries as needed.Onboarding: Assist new staff with setting up software licenses, office access, and company systems (G Suite, MS 365, VOIP, etc.).Office Management: Maintain office supplies (groceries, stationery, etc.).Scan receipts for the bookkeeper and accept contractor deliveries.Personal Assistance: Schedule personal appointments and errands (e.g., doctor appointments, recycling, grocery pickups).Proactive Initiative: Take on additional projects to support the owners and help grow the business.Report on task progress without constant supervision.RequirementsTech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Flexibility in scheduling and task management.Comfortable with administrative tasks and office management.
