Executive Assistant (Pa) Nelspruit

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 and additional qualification with be an advantage 3 5 years experience in a similar position Will be managing the diaries of 4 senior staff member including the CEO Valid drivers license and own transport Experience dealing with the following: Correspondence of Senior Management Management and following up on various staff members to ensure that all information is on time and correct to enable management to complete project in set times Ability to use initiative and be able to do problem solving Willing to be flexible on working hours when needed Excellent admin skills and experience with taking minutes at meetings Dealing with the payment submission on Invoices General admin management Ability to prioritize Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
