Executive Assistant

Join our clients growing finance team as a permanent Executive Assistant (Sales) in Boksburg. This role will be supporting the Director of the company. Key Responsibilities:Draft and prepare letters, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for senior executives.Compile reports and create documents using various applications.Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, escalating as needed.Welcome visitors and address inquiries accurately and promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.Assist with procurement activities following established guidelines.Create and manage complex Microsoft documents and databases while improving processes.Schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and other arrangements for senior staff.
