Accountable for providing comprehensive end-to-end support to the Chief Executive Officer.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree: Relevant Field2-4 years' experience in a similar role within a corporate environmentResponsibilities:Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential and non-confidential correspondence.Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.Serve as the primary point of contact to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the CEO.Provide event management services as required for the CEO.Follow-up on established deadlines and ensure timely submissions by employees on reports, correspondence, and other documents.Ensure timeous resolution of queries and complaints and take ownership of issues.Collaborate and build relationships with the various Departments and contribute to the overall performance of the Operations team.Ensure financial documentation is maintained to support accurate record keeping and future requirements as per legislation.Ensure feedback and progress reporting to stakeholders.Adhere to statutory standards, policies and procedures within the business unit to ensure compliance at all times and take remedial action where necessary.
