MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives- 2 3 Years Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting executive managements- Familiar with Managing Directors office management procedures and basic accounting principle.- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles- Ability to work in an office environment- Occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and travel schedulesSKILLS REQUIRED- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED- Organization- Reliability- Efficiency- Confidentiality- Adaptability- MultitaskingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Calendar and Schedule management- Communication coordination- Meeting coordination- Information and file management- Travel arrangements- Office Management- Special projects supportONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
