Key requirement Matric Secretarial Certificate/Diploma Proficient in MS Office Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong planning skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Numerical skills Key Responsibility Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed, including expense reimbursement Coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients Prepare internal and external corporate documents and presentations for executive team members Prepare board packs for board meetings Minute taking in meetings as and when requested Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, staff appreciation events Maintain an organized filling system of paper and electronic documents Coordinate events, including conferences, seminars Purchase and maintain inventory of supplies for office stationery, groceries and cleaning products Company insurance administration Monthly exco reports
