Minimum requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification.One year experience in local and international travel arrangements.Great attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.Valid drivers license. Personality Traits:Efficient and disciplined.Organised and able to efficiently coordinate.Trustworthy and reliable.Strong and professional communication skills.Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanour.Able to work independently and as a team player.Strong work ethic.Problem solver.Innovative thinking. Duties and responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to Senior Management.Assist with any task to improve Senior Management's productivity and efficiency.Oversee the overall coordination of Directors vehicles.Coordinate all travel arrangements and provide afterhours support, if needed.Manage sponsorship enquiries and liaise with stakeholders.Manage scheduling of meetings and boardroom bookings.Handle invoicing and reconciliation of vendors.Maintain an organized filing system and accurate recordkeeping.Fully cover Office Managers tasks during absence.
