Oversee utility accounts, maintenance, insurance, and lease agreements.
Vehicle Management:
Arrange repairs, services, insurance, and purchases for company vehicles.
Event Planning:
Organize corporate events, including guest management and venue arrangements.
Travel Management:
Book flights, hotels, and visas for corporate and personal travel, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Personal Duties:
Assist with household staff management, appointments, errands, and personal shipments for the MD.
General Administration:
Oversee reception staff and equipment repairs, and coordinate client gifts.
Daily Duties:
Manage personal schedules and check maintenance tasks related to vehicles and property.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional international travel for global conferences (7-14 days).
Local travel for game lodge preparations and sponsored events.
Airbnb Management:
Manage international properties, including issuing access codes and handling bills, with potential after-hours attention required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with property and vehicle management is a plus.
