We're searching for a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to join our Cape Town office. This role plays a significant part in shaping our strategic initiatives. This role will directly support the CEO, assisting in the management of high-impact projects, driving process efficiencies, and ensuring that our strategic objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Twizza's goals and timely completion within budget.Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions.Business Development: Conduct research and analysis of new business opportunities, develop business cases, and present recommendations to the CEO.Mergers & Acquisitions: Assist in the research and analysis of potential M&A opportunities, prepare due diligence reports, and develop integration plans.Strategic Planning: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analyses, and prepare forecasts to inform strategic planning.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing communications, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.Qualifications:Valid South African Driver's License (mandatory)
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent tertiary qualification in Commerce / Economics / Law
Preferred Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management and/or similar
Experience:Proven track record (2 years) in Commercial / Finance / Project Management related role.
FMCG experience advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
