The opportunityAs the Executive Assistant to our C-Suite, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team, namely our CEO, CTO and COO.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, co-ordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.

What you'll doEfficiently manage complex calendars for C-Suite executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.Draft and edit emails, summaries, presentations and other documents as needed.Assist with special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by the C-Suite, providing research and administrative support.Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Occasional in-person support, including running errands and assisting with personal tasks.What you'll needTechnical literacy & competencyStrong administrative and people skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesComfortable as a self-starter working remotely.Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.Proficient in multitasking, adept at handling multiple responsibilities concurrently.Strong time management skills, enabling efficient and organised completion of tasks within designated timelines.Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as adept in email correspondence.Apply for the roleIf you think you'd be a great fit for the above, please fill out the form below to apply:
