Executive Assistant - ARRCS Alice SpringsAbout the role ARRCS Alice Springs are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their tam on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is being offered at an hourly rate of $32.27 - $34.56 / hour gross + salary packaging. The role of Executive Assistant will see you responsible for the support to the Senior Management team across our three Aged Care Facilities. Support will include however not limited to, secretarial support, general administration, management of agency / short-term staff and support in recruitment and onboarding and support in the administration requirements of our Independent Cottages within one of our facilities.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working as an Executive, Personal or Senior Administration Assistant. You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, be an organized and proactive person who is able to work and remain engaged in their role with minimal senior supervision. You will enjoy working in a hands-on role whilst supporting teams often remotely based.

Demonstrate previous work experience in an Executive, Personal or Senior Administration capacity.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.Advanced knowledge in the utilisation of Microsoft Office Suite.Skilled in travel and diary management.Ability to commit to working hours of Monday – Friday – 8am-4.30pm, based Alice Springs Office.Maturity to work autonomously with at times, minimal supervision.About the business Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that provide services including Residential Care, Home Care, School Nutrition and Early Learning Childhood programs in the Northern Territory.
